We collect the details you give us when requesting a quotation, reporting a claim, renewing a policy or contacting us: your name, phone number, email address, company, the cover you are interested in and any information relevant to underwriting or a claim.

For claims and certain products we may also process documents such as identification, policy schedules, medical or police reports, valuations and invoices.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotations, place and service policies, administer renewals, handle claims and respond to your enquiries. We may contact you about your cover and renewal dates.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Who we share it with

To arrange cover we share the information needed with licensed insurers, reinsurers, assessors, valuers and loss adjusters acting on your file, and with regulators or authorities where the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

Access to client information is restricted to staff who need it. Records are retained for as long as required to service your policies and to meet legal, regulatory and audit obligations, then securely disposed of.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or object to certain processing. Write to us and we will respond within the timelines set by law.
