Nothing on this website is an offer of insurance. Cover only exists once an insurer has accepted the risk and confirmed it in writing.

Quotations and premiums

Quotations are indicative and subject to underwriting, satisfactory disclosure and payment of premium. Premium rates, terms and limits may change before cover incepts.

Premiums should only be paid using details confirmed by your advisor — M-Pesa Paybill 4118691 or by bank transfer. Verify payment instructions by phone before paying.

Your responsibilities

You must disclose all material facts accurately and tell us promptly of any change in the risk. Non-disclosure or misrepresentation can allow an insurer to reduce, decline or void a claim.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content rather than advice given to you directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
